Covered California Insurance Marketplace
The Covered California Health Insurance Marketplace opens on November 15, 2014. Open enrollment for health insurance will last through February 15, 2015 and coverage can begin as early as January 1st, 2015. You can learn more and sign up for coverage using the link to Covered California below.
If you want additional help, San Dimas Community Hospital is obtaining our certification to assist individuals in applying for insurance through Covered California. If you would like assistance in applying, please check back with us in a few weeks as we would be happy to help you through that process.
When signing up for an insurance plan, be advised that San Dimas Community Hospital is In-Network for these plans offered in the marketplace:
